A hunt by day, a château dinner by night
Private estates in the Sologne and Normandy, driven hunts for deer, wild boar and pheasant, a gamekeeper and an interpreter. Afterwards: canopy beds, a log fire, a dinner of the day’s game and the host’s cellar.
